Officials of the National Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, the US Ambassador to Vietnam and US congressmen.

A group of American congressional representatives, including Vietnamese American congressperson Joseph Cao (Cao Quang Anh), are now on a visit to Vietnam.
